The event:
A new opportunity is coming to taste and learn about South Tyrolean wines directly in your city. The Consorzio dei vini dell’Alto Adige is in fact preparing to cross the boot to offer fans of three Italian capitals an overview of the most representative wineries and wines of the region.
The road show that will bring South Tyrol wine around Italy will be in the capital for its first stop. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 6 at SET, Spazio Eventi Tirso, in Via Tirso 14.
The touring tasting table will propose an emotional setting to be followed with the glass in hand, to discover the territory and its production areas through the most representative wines. Fifty labels in tasting, which will be responsible for outlining the characteristics of the areas and describing the winemaking tradition of an area that in only 5,400 hectares of vineyards hosts twenty different vines.
To complete the rich offer of wines from the tasting counter, there is a show cooking of Iside De Cesare, chef of the starred restaurant “La Parolina”, with small samples of the preparations offered to those present.

Schedule:

The tasting table, open to the public from 16.30 to 20.30 upon purchase of an entrance ticket (both on site and in advance, at preferential conditions, on http://bit.ly/ViniAltoAdigeInTour_Roma), will open from 15.30 to 16.30 for sector operators. The latter, as well as the members of the main sommelier associations, can enter for free for the entire duration of the event obtaining their ticket at no cost on the site of the consortium.
