IV EDITION
#FoodInnovation

From November 25th to 28th, Rome will host the fourth edition of TASTE OF EXCELLENCE, the event dedicated to Food that brings together producers, chefs, cooking schools, operators and institutions in a unique framework.
Conceived by EXCELLENCE, the initiative is dedicated this year to the #FoodInnovation, conceived as innovation but also as creativity in the combination of excellences worked directly by great chefs in performance, dialogues and meetings in perfect balance between technique and improvisation.
“Taste of Excellence has as its primary objective to be useful to sector operators by increasing networking and business among professionals. Particular attention will be paid to the performances of the great chefs who will bring creativity and innovation through the spectacularization of the food, keeping the quality of the contents as absolute reference “says Pietro Ciccotti, creator of the event.

Many themes are dealt with, distributed between interactive talk shows with the public and professionals: we start from the ingredients of the kitchen of the future, to talk about the idea of ​​perfect food; you will go through the mechanisms of the Chef Star System and then incur in talks on food and wine virtualities, starting from the Oste 2.0. And still hypothesis of how will the Chef of tomorrow and the nodal role assigned to the Food and Wine Critique (Observer or Judge?), Algorithmic analysis on empirical models of catering and recipes of women, told by relevant operators in the sector with considerable experience in the food and wine world , in addition to a special study on the innovations underway in the “Pizza” universe.

Within Taste of Excellence there will also be a further charity event scheduled for Sunday, November 27th with the dinner “Angel Chef Dinner” (by reservation) whose proceeds will be entirely donated to scholarships for the students of the SafiElis Enogastronomic Institute From Rome.
