AFTER THE VARIOUS EXHIBITIONS WORLDWIDE, GAME ON 2.0 LANDS IN ROME, UNTIL 4 JUNE 2017, TELLING THE HISTORY OF VIDEOGAMES THROUGH OVER 100 GAMES TO SEE, LISTEN AND PRACTICE

After London, Helsinki, Chicago, Hong Kong, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Tokyo, the exhibition that has attracted more than 3.4 million visitors all over the world is coming to Rome for the first time in Italy.

The exhibition route, divided into 12 levels, traces the evolution and history of game entertainment from 1962 up to the present day. It is a completely interactive exhibition, thanks to the presence of over 100 gaming stations that are at the complete disposal of visitors.

In the vintage area, it will be possible to try out the great classics like Donkey Kong and the very first version of Mario Kart. And the journey will continue over the decades, through games that have become gods and real cult like that, like Prince of Persia and Tomb Raider.

On display, not only the classic cabs, but also the consoles that have marked the history of videogames from the famous Atari 2600 up to the latest Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Finally, the last section of the exhibition takes a look at the future and is dedicated to emerging technologies such as virtual reality.
